Description
Tourmaline, Song brocade, and crescent
Every colorful stone in this necklace is tourmaline. Pink, green, blue, yellow, and purple tones lead to a heart-shaped pendant covered in patterned Song brocade, with a small gold-color crescent charm hanging below. We make the fabric feature from surplus Song brocade offcuts from clothing production.
The necklace measures approximately 45 cm in total, including an approximately 6 cm extension, based on our standard for this style. This listing is for the one physical piece shown, priced at $279 USD. A future remake would be a new piece with its own photographs and listing.
Care
Wipe gently with a soft, lightly damp cloth if needed and dry promptly. Do not soak the assembled necklace or use steam or ultrasonic cleaning. Keep it away from prolonged heat and harsh chemicals.
Tourmaline color and personal meaning
Tourmaline is a mineral group known for a wide color range. This necklace uses that variety as its design language: pink, green, blue, yellow and purple stones make a changing rhythm around the Song brocade heart.
In Sunxi Craft’s reading, green connects with Wood and yellow with Earth through traditional color correspondences. Pink and violet suggest Fire, and blue suggests Water, as contemporary extensions of that palette. The stone name alone does not give every tourmaline bead the same elemental meaning.
The changing colors can be worn as a reminder to make room for growth, warmth, steadiness and adaptability. The heart and crescent add a personal focal point without promising a particular outcome. A consultation can explore which colors and intentions resonate with you.
