Description
Jing’s Inner Adventure special line
Jing’s Inner Adventure line treats each pair as a wearable sketchbook. Textile traditions, museum objects, gardens, architecture and intuition are reworked through color, shape and movement; every finished pair is one of a kind.
Design story: Enchanted Essence
被施法的香精 (Bèi Shī Fǎ De Xiāng Jīng)
Jing cites a Qing Jiaqing-period painted-enamel snuff bottle made in Guangzhou and held by the Palace Museum as her point of departure. Its East-meets-West palette and unusual watch-like stopper suggested a tiny object with hidden machinery. She translated that compact ornament and sense of surprise into an asymmetrical, gemlike earring form.
Irregular red, gold and green patterned textile panels with dark green stitched borders, red and clear beadwork, mixed lower bead drops and long wire-wrapped clear points.
This listing is for the exact one-of-a-kind pair shown in the photographs. The specific textile fiber, bead or stone identities, and hook metal have not been confirmed, so this description is intentionally based on visible design details.
A Five Elements color reading
The dominant red and green palette brings Fire and Wood together through the classical Five Elements color correspondence. This is a color-led design interpretation, not a claim about material properties or promised effects. Talk with Sunxi Craft about the colors and forms that feel meaningful to you.
Care
Handle the textile, beadwork and hanging elements gently. Keep the earrings dry, avoid perfume and cosmetics, and store the pair separately to reduce snagging or pressure on the fringe.
