Jing’s Inner Adventure line treats each pair as a wearable sketchbook. Textile traditions, museum objects, gardens, architecture and intuition are reworked through color, shape and movement; every finished pair is one of a kind.
Design story: Cloud Roots
云根 (Yún Gēn)
Jing drew on the poetic idea of stone as the “root of clouds.” The upper Song brocade becomes cloud; the pale crystalline stones below become rock and root. Joined in one composition, softness meets solidity and the formless meets the formed.
Irregular pale silver-gold textile panels with lavender stitched borders, pearl-like and dark seed-bead accents, rough clear wire-wrapped drops and pale translucent round beads.
