Description
A ceramic fringe with movement
Black-and-white ovoid ceramic pieces form a fan-like fringe, surrounded by bright blue and deep purple round and drop beads. Green wrapped connections and a multicolor dark braided cord complete the layered composition.
Jing created the original bead designs during her Central Saint Martins graduation period. She traveled to Jingdezhen, China and personally supervised their making. The exact bead set shown is unique and cannot be repeated.
One individual necklace
This listing is for the single physical necklace shown. Stock is limited to one. The gallery documents the upright fringe and wider adjustable-cord construction. Exact customer-facing dimensions are omitted because only image-derived scale estimates are available.
Care
Handle the ceramic pieces carefully and avoid drops or impacts against hard surfaces. Store the fringe without crushing or tangling the drops, and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Water, Wood and Metal through color
Black and white connect with the classical Five Elements color associations of Water and Metal. The vivid blue-green notes add a Wood reference, while Sunxi Craft also reads the broader blue palette as Water-inspired in its contemporary color language. This is a design interpretation, not a promised effect. Start a consultation conversation to explore colors and forms that feel meaningful to you.
