Before returning to Beijing to launch Sunxi Craft, our lead designer and founder, Jing, honed her craft on the global stage. Graduating with a Master’s in Design from the prestigious Central Saint Martins in London, Jing was trained to push the boundaries of contemporary aesthetics. However, her true passion lay not in mass-produced fashion, but in the tactile, deeply historic textiles of her heritage. She chose to apply her elite, avant-garde design training to the preservation and reimagining of traditional Chinese artisanship.

At Sunxi Craft, there are no factory orders or bulk suppliers. Jing personally travels and sources every single element that goes into our collections. She hand-selects:
